J-Popkai is a union in Denmark that is responsible for planning of J-Popcon. Upon purchasing a ticket to J-Popcon, a participant gains a one-year membership of J-Popkai.

Within J-Popkai is also an organizer group that are the main bodies who actually organize the con.
