The individuals that are in charge of decision making and that have a general overview of the convention ensuring that all groups work towards the common goal.

Those that run this group run the groups that run the convention. They are in charge of knowing who is where in the convention. Hiring new individuals in the convention, but their primary job is the work schedule during the convention for Pashiri and making sure help is directed when needed, where needed.

Here workers make sure that information is available to anyone that asks. Via our homepage that is run by them, mails and making sure that during the convention that all messages are known within and outside of the group.

This individual works with all the technical details for the convention. Computers, projectors, cables, sound, and make sure that we don’t lose our stuff during the convention.

We will be working within PR with the image we want to give of the convention. We have to make sure that the convention is what we all want it to be. Make graphics and ensure making the image of the convention that is expressed outwards also is valid during the convention.

Art, artists, and the sale of original work will be handled by this group, as will drawing contests, drawing corners, drawing walls, and the gathering of drawings and the uploading of them to the internet.

Nothing much happens except eating, but also the chance to eat some good food or to hear some good music. Decorations and such come from this group for the café.

Genksters is the name of the group of volunteers that organizes Genki. The group is divided into several teams, each team with their own focus and set of responsibilities.

Management

The management group work on a wide variety of things related to the structures of the convention.
